Though I was confused at various points, never having seen Emesis Blue or anything related, the parts of this story that I did understand were pretty intriguing, and I had fun with the characters and the humor. The designs are also very cute. Thank you for making this!
I'm not quite sure what the intent of the story is? There's way too many elements taken from Emesis Blue. Is it supposed to be a homage or a parody? The part with Lebron James told me it was meant to be funny.
But it's a bit hard to tell what the characters are. We don't spend too much time with them other than escaping the slaughterhouse and such. Again, the elements directly taken from the movie confused me as such.
I was in fact inspired a bit by Emesis Blue for the story, so I guess it is somewhat of a homage. Also parts of the story were a bit rushed in order to get this out before the jam ended which is why it feels like not enough time is spent with the characters.
